This pack contains 4 caps to be used for frosting or tipping hair, and one streaking hook. Each cap is double lined for extra protection, with a perforated outer layer and a bleed proof inner layer. The caps are covered in circled guides and has a double stitched visor to protect the face. The streaking hook has two tips which can be used for a variation in the highlight effects - the handle of the hook should be held at an angle to the cap.
